I purchased a Whirlpool Air conditioner last year in 16th April 2022 and took extended warranty thru Zopper.
I reported an issue to Zopper team on 11th July 2023, my claim ID is 260579.
some technician cam eon 16th July and said that there is some technical error and it will be resolved in 2-3 days, but it has been almost 10 days and my problem still hasn't been resolved, every time i am following up with their customer care team they are saying that matter has been forwarded to concern department but still there is not any response from them.
