Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this complaint to express my serious dissatisfaction with the service provided by Zopper and Voltas.
At the time of purchasing my Voltas AC, I clearly informed the sales representative that I wanted an AMC. Instead of providing company AMC, I was sold a third-party insurance and AMC plan from Zopper. I trusted the recommendation and agreed to purchase it.
Now, my AC is not working, and I raised a complaint through the Zopper app 5 days ago. However, I have not received any call, update, or technician visit from your side. There has been absolutely no response.Claim Id-738195 / Plan Id - DEL2951851 / Plan serial No.[protected] / Voltas product-4513526D24EB02707 / Voltas complaint No.- [protected].
I fail to understand why Zopper is selling AMC plans if the company is not capable of providing timely service. Is this the correct way to sell AMC forcefully to customers without ensuring proper service support?
The temperature is around 45°C, and during such extreme heat, customers are suffering while waiting for service. Every day we are told “today” or “tomorrow, ” but no technician has visited so far. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable.
I am totally disappointed with Zopper’s service. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and consumer forums.
Kindly take urgent action and resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
