I protected my OnePlus device with the Zopper Insurance plan ID - UNK5389276.
I purchased this plan on 12 Sep 2022.
I registered a claim on 28 Sep 2022, Claim registration number: 171250
I broke my mobile screen accidentally and registered a claim for the same.
The claim was approved and mobile pickup was arranged by the Zopper team and sent to Brand Authorized Service.
But they (Zopper Team) returned my device unrepaired and gave absolutely absurd reasons for that.
I requested them to look into the issue and complete the process of repairing it as soon as possible.
