Extended Warranty for Air Condition - No Service
I have been struggling with the resolution for a request pending for extended warranty (taken from zopper) claim since 25th March 2025. Unfortunately, have experiences worst AMC services from them. The claim is related to O-general inverter AC and fault has been diagnosed for faulty PCB. Claim ID 469675 registered since 25th of March 2025 and no resolution has been provided until yet i. e. 14th of April 2025. No replies on emails, customer care is just pathetic. Have reached personally to all the names mentioned below Mr. Surender, Mr. Ramashish, Mr. Lovely and Ms. Himani as suggested by customer care staff but all have failed to provide any resolution but false promises. Customer care have standard replies to arrange call back. All the names mentioned above hardly pick calls and have no resolution or responsibility towards customers. Emails are hardly monitored by zopper teams. Overall, a pathetic experience. I would request strict actions against such companies who loot customer money in the name of convenience and hardly provide ay proper services. I am looking for claim money for my AC value and looking to cancel all my extended warranties with zopper with full refund and penalty to zopper for fooling people.
