Zopper — Screen Protection Insurance Rejected

I am writing this complaint regarding my Zopper Mobile Screen Protection Insurance which was purchased on 4th Aug. 2022 on OLA App, As per policy document Coverage date start from 5th of Aug. 2022. It was purchased for my Oneplus A5010 (Oneplus 5T) and I accidently drop the phone on 20th Aug. 2022 on my birthday, phone got little dent and screen got damaged internally and goes purple so I raise a claim on same day (20th Aug. 2022) and filled Google form as requested by your Call Executive.

Now Today I called the Zopper helpline and asked for update on the same, but your call executive Mr. Brajesh Kumar Said policy is purchased on 5th of Aug 2022 and and cooling off period for this plan is 15 Days so company rejected my claim. I think Mr Brajesh is little bit weak in Mathematical calculations and he missed that a policy which starts on 5th of any month will complete 16 day on its that months 20th.

this policy was purchased on 4th Aug. 2022 and starts on 5th of Aug. 2022 and I drop the phone on 20th Aug. 2022, now count the number, 20th Aug. 2022 is the 16th Day of my Plan activation so Zopper can not decline this claim.

Fraud company is zopper and OLA is also not responding
