I have placed a order (Prepaid order) on 17.06.2023, however due to technical issue in the payment, initially transaction didnt complete in time and immediately I have placed same order again WITH ORDER NO. 444951 & 444954. When my first transaction completed by the payment gateway, i have immediately approach Zouk to cancel repeat order which they have did after various FOLLOW UPS on 24.06.2023 and that too with deduction of some Rupees (MONEY MAKING SCHEME). Now, when my 01 pending order didn't reach to me in time because of FAULT of THEIR DELIVERY PARTNER, I have requested to cancel my order with refund. today, I have received mail from Zouk that they could cancel my order and if my order returned to them back, they'll refund after deduction of courier charges of Rs. 300/-. I failed to understand I have placed prepaid order and due to issue with Zouk delivery partner, WHY I AM BEING PENALISED. And just to tell that I live in Delhi, a Metro city where connectivity is super fast.
