I have been asking for return and refund which they said is not under policy for which I decided to do exchange with a sling bag. When I send the link it is available and they reply exactly when it is out of stock!!

It happened twice and I said don’t want exchange at all.

I tried to ask them to cancel my initial order via mail before shipping but they refused to do to.

I sent them a coupon code from gpay for which they asked for screenshot with name and now they need terms and conditions of the coupon screenshot also!!!

Why is this behaviour? It’s going to be a month and I still didn’t get my desired product exchanged.
