Myself Pankaj Agrawal, I had bought a Dual Brown High Ankle shoe from your site through order no. ZWS6BG01 which was received by me on 13th December 2014 in good condition . I started using the product but recently after using it for a month, I notice crack developing on top of shoe for which I was surprise to see that so I checked the sole of the shoes there also I saw cracks developing . It seem that the quality of material used was very low.Ialso contacted your costumer care many time but in vain. I am sending photo of the damage part of shoe and want it to be replaced . For this kindly tell me what to do .Kindly do not ruin your Name and always be in our good-books. Hope you will do the needful

      I placed an order on Zovi.com for purchase of few articles. (Order no.- Z5NDSJ) on[protected]. Later on I returned the articles which were not of fine quality & the order was cancelled. A payment of Rs.1899 was made by me through PAY U MONEY.(a mediator of payment being promoted by ZOVI). It is almost 3 weeks, I have neither received the payment from Zovi nor from Pay u Money for the above order i.e Z5NDSJ.           I had bought 3 T-shirts from ur site, because they were of wrong size i have sended them back. When i asked him about the refund he said that go to the site and search there. But now I'm not able complete my transfer by any means. I suggest that you should take some action faster. Dearly customer.

          Error in my order

          I ordered a Zovi Yellow Cotton T-Shirt from PAYTM but in myorder option of zovi.com it is not displayed the which is ordered. So how can i exchange my product.

          size of chart is not as per size chart displayed in website

                I am Kapil and my order id is Z3X45B, recently I purchased 2 shirt 40 size from Zovi on date 5 Nov 2014 and i got delivery on 7 Nov. 2014 end of the day.But this time I found size and quality issue. I tried this is not fitting well, not looks good when I ware.This time I am not happy with zovi service.In the past I purchased same size 40 shirt that are too good no size issue and not any other issue. But this time I found size and quality issue.For your reference I have attached pictures of comparison with my past purchased shirt from zovi.I already requested on Zovi for exchange as 42 size shirt on 10 Nov 2014 but till date (24 Nov 2014) pickup is not arrange.

                  sir i have bought a set of 3 shirts from the site (ORDER ID - ZQRZKN) and have given them my address and name and phone number...i kept on waiting for my order to be delivered and suddenly i saw the status of this order as "DELIVERED on 1st november" on 7th november, which was their expected delivery time in order status and ...since then i have been calling them like a street dog but to no avail! they said everytime to get with a solution within 24 hours by sending me the reciever's signature (whom i didn't know ever)...but they never keep their promise... kindly take an action immediately to get me with the refund of whole amount of money in my bank account...i am unfortunate that i have wasted a huge time on this! dependent on you totally! email id used for the order - [protected]@gmail.com contact number used - [protected]

At the end of even 18th November, I didn't get delivery of it. When I called customer care, they told me to wait for 2 more days. This is my first experience with Zovi.com & its too bad.                               Ordered a couple of shirts a few days back in a offer on ZOVi with order number Z4KHDR. You delivered the shirt in a delayed manner and above all one of the shirts delivered was BLUE and what was ordered was WHITE. Called up the customer executive and they inform that i should give my bank details and they would give me the refund later . Simply not acceptable... If you do not have it why post on your website. I am not definitely ordering from ZOVI. Guys please beware... these people do not have control over their business and they give a wrong picture and do the sales

                                    Zovi — Return of clothes

                                    The clothes that i have ordered are very ill fitted.They are not up to the mark as i viewed on your site.

                                    I don't like the product quality

                                    I have ordered three tops (order no - Z5U7WR, ZNWW7M ) from your shopping site and I don't find the fabric quality that much fine as it was showing on the site. It looks very dull. I want to cancel order and cashback. Thanks

                                      ihave ordered two ladies product on 15oct 2014.one is the light weight slip on shoes, and other is the sandals, but i cant get the order so far.when i call to the zovi service center they told me that your order is delivered to your post office on 25oct 2014, but when i asked in the post office they told me that there is no any parsal has come on 25oct.now what should i have to do to get my order sir..and now zovi.com customer care person did not attending my call sir...

                                      ZOVI is really really BAD online shopping site...

                                      Please NEVER EVER purchase anythin with ZOVI..

                                        Dear sir, I recived a call from this number [protected]. The concerned person asked me for a payment of Rs 30 in exchange of the jacket i purchased, for larger size. He addressed him self from the cousumer complaints zovi.com. When i was unable to make the payment he asked me for my debit card no, date of birth, my pin...promissing me that the payment would be done. But just after the conversation i recived a msg for three transation of amount 10800. If my amount is not reversed back to my account. i will be filing an FIR againest your company. please reply me as soon as possable els i have to take up an action in an hour.                                         differnt shoes recived .

                                        dear team today i have recived shoes but different article my order no is.Z5HBGU and my cont no is.[protected] i have orde shoes sole is one layer white and second layer is blue but i have recived black sole shoes.

                                        Order ID:404-9109741-5273945- Poor quality of shoes
