Dear sir, I recived a call from this number [protected]. The concerned person asked me for a payment of Rs 30 in exchange of the jacket i purchased, for larger size. He addressed him self from the cousumer complaints zovi.com. When i was unable to make the payment he asked me for my debit card no, date of birth, my pin...promissing me that the payment would be done. But just after the conversation i recived a msg for three transation of amount 10800. If my amount is not reversed back to my account. i will be filing an FIR againest your company. please reply me as soon as possable els i have to take up an action in an hour. Hi, Take strict action or we need to file case on Zovi. Ordered date : 15 Oct, Delivery Date : 21 Oct. When i call them they say wait for 2 more days and the response they provide let us know if you want us to refund your money if one requires money why would we order. They say its problem with courier service (Go Javas). When you track for the courier it always shows item arrived to Bangalore on 19th of Oct and today is 27 still it is not yet delivered. Not sure if the delivery boy is delivering items by just walking all the way through bangalore and do they have only 1 boy to deliver items. They say rubbish things like its festival season and it gets delayed ... Worst Don't order in Zovi ... Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Shopclues, Ebay are faaaaaaaaaaaar better.

I purchase 7 cloths they give me estimated date 20/10/2014 but my delivery is not received till.when i got sms that delivery is effected on 18/10/2014.after i contact to zovi, then they replied that delivery made on 20/10/2014 which is estimated date.but i cant received on same date.i call to zovi they replied that they contact to courier service & then inform me.but they never informed me. then i 2 times call but nobody pick up the phone & only answering machine is waste my time. i already paid full amt.my items are reach in nalasopara which is only 10 minits distance from my home, but my delivery is not made. my money & my time is waste by zovi.please return my money with intrest because you not fulfill your commitment to custmor, that delivery is not made in time.otherwise i appealed in consumer forum against your company.

Hi, I placed an order 'ZQZFZA' 'on ZOVI.COM on 26-Sep-2014. ZOVI sent me email saying order will be delivered on 2-Oct. Till the date I am waiting for my order to be delivered. I have made several follow up with ZOVI and each time they asked me to wait for 2-3 days. I sent several email to ZOVI but no positive action has been taken. I request to help me. This sep 11th i booked a brown casual slipper through net banking.u will deduct the exact pair amount .But it will not show my order list .then i called customer care number and explain my problem .But she booked my order cash on delivery what should i do and how can i get my refund amount.

Zovi is one of the worst, irritating, stupid and sellers i have seen online.

They keep site clean, but products dirty.

I ordered for a denim shirt (Worth 849 inr) and they sent me a tee (Worth 399 inr). I contacted them and cancelled my order.

After 2 months

Again i ordered for a denim shirt (Worth 899 inr) and they sent me a casual shirt (Worth 499 inr). I scolded via email, chat and facebook and cancelled my order.

Are you really sellers?? Or some platform beggers??

Even platform sellers in chennai will give good product delivery than you people.

You people really irritated me many times... I am now suggesting everyone not to buy in zovi, instead they can go for yepme, jabong, snapdeal, flipkart. Etc...

Zovi is worst, cheaters and i think they are using illiterates to pack the product.. So without reading they are packing whatever they want..
