Hi, This is really a bad experience in my life, online purchasing through ZOVI.com. I purchased a shoe through online on march 2nd 2014. i received a wrong shoe on march 8 2014 i raised a complaint to pick up the wrong shoe and asked them to refund back my money but the response from zovi is really too late and even i cant able to connect to customer care numbers whenever i call. And on march 15 2014 they picked up the shoe but still today(march24 2014) i didnt received my money. This is really a bad service from zovi. I hope zovi should respond immediately. pick up -no.
