[Resolved]  Zovi — NON - RECEIPT OF REFUND MONEY

I placed an order on Zovi.com for purchase of few articles. (Order no.- Z5NDSJ) on[protected]. Later on I returned the articles which were not of fine quality & the order was cancelled. A payment of Rs.1899 was made by me through PAY U MONEY.(a mediator of payment being promoted by ZOVI). It is almost 3 weeks, I have neither received the payment from Zovi nor from Pay u Money for the above order i.e Z5NDSJ. I would request the consumer forum that a refund of Rs 1899 may be paid to me without any further delay. Karan Kapoor [protected]
