I had ordered (Order # ZBFN5A) two T-shirts on24th Feb 2014 and paid through my credit card, I had to gift that on 3rd ofMarch, When on 3rd march I did not get any information and delivery Status thatI called up on 3rd March 2014 at 1:36 pm to cancel the order as I lost theintent and purchased something else to gift then my Zovi person told me that It would take another twodays to get delivered due to some technical issue, Where on same day one on myfriend ordered the same T-shirt (COD) he got the product delivered at his placewith the said time frame and Zovi person was giving meexcuse that there is a stock problem, I asked forcefully to cancel the orderand to refund my amount back to my credit card as other competitor of Zovi does, but he asked me to provide my accountdetails through email and than they would refund my amount, I refused toprovide my account details and asked to provide my amount back to my creditcard automatically as I had paid. But the supervisor of that Zovi representative handled the call like I ambegging to him and he is refusing to give money...He had the words that Hewould cancel the order but I would not get my money refunded if I don't emailmy account details, Which I would not share and hanged on with a very bad argument. I am really feeling very bad to choose Zovi for online shopping, now I need my money backwhere I cannot share my account details. I want back my amount directly to mycredit card. Thanks.
