I have purchased the handset from Snapdeal last year. The set was working perfectly till last week with an Airtel connection. Last week suddenly, it was unable to detect the network, giving the error "Error while Searching for network" when forced to search for available networks or "Unable to register" with Automatic Network selection. I changed the SIM to slot 2 and it worked fine for a couple of days after which the network is lost again. Have tried restoring factory settings, with a different SIM. The same SIM works fine on other handsets. Was this information helpful? | |||
