Dear sir, My Invoice number is [protected] and i had purchased SMARTPHONEV6700 on 15/02/2013 at 7:37p.m from Reliance World-Opera House, Mumbai. My mpbile is in the warranty period and i had given it for repair to your service center REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED, Borivali West, Mumbai on 5/11/2013 to Mr Prathmesh (Contact no. [protected]) and the WORK ORDER NUMBAR is ZRV/ZM/13/00589. The handset has a touchscreen problem and the phone has not yet got repaired inspite of one month and 5 days gettting over. i would like you to look into this matter soon and revert back. Thank you.
