ZTE — ZTE mobile service facility

I purchased a ZTE BLADE G2 V880H on 5 July'2014. But now it gives a lot of problem regarding software. So i approach my nearest service centre 3 times (REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED, MITRA BUILDING, ASHRAM ROAD, ULUBARI CHARIALI, ULUBARI, ASSAM, GUWAHATI-GWI - 781007, [protected] /[protected]/ 2450612), but they refuse to give me the service. I am facing a lot of problem as I have only 1 month of service as per company norms. Also I call at the ZTE service hotline no.
