Zuari — Careless attitude towards customers

My name is N.Bhavani.Iam from kharagpur, west bengal.we 've bought a Zuari 4 door wardrobe in October of 2012.The day of fitting the wardrobe till now we are suffering. Firstly yhe doors were not closing properly and small insects and lizards are entering inside the wardrobe. We complained about the problem to the shopkeeper of Deluxe Furniture, gole bazar from where we bought it for an amount of Rs.22000/-.After so many months he sent a person for attatching the wardrobe properly.He did the same and went away saying that there should be no problem from then onwards.But we observed the problem remains same and this time we again complained to the shopkeeper and also we talked to some representative of the company in kolkata too.And again after few months the so called person from kolkata arrived and told that the fitting was wrong and he attatched it again.But the problem of fungus cant be solved permanantly as by his words.Soon after that we noticed that the ply which was given at the base of the wardrobe which supports that to stand was bended.This time we rushed to the shopkeeper again and told about this.Then some of his persons working there in the shop came after so many days to see the problem and went away saying that we should talk to the manager in kolkata of the company. We are giving complaints about it from the same month.And another major problem in that is some kind of fungus occurring inside and outside the wardrobe even after cleaning it daily.And finally after almost one year the concerned person from kolkata came and checked it.When he came to check it both sides at the base the ply was bended and the doors were also not closing properly. He promised us to solve the problems and change the base completely by attatching new ply.And from then onwards we are calling daily for it to the shopkeeper and the concerned person from kolkata. Meanwhile the shopkeeper totally washed his hands by simply saying that we should directly talk to the customer care and solve the problem. His attitude towards us was very very pathetic. After investing such a huge amount and it's of no use we were almost finished. Now the wardrobe is in a very worst Condition and about to fall at any time.We asked the shopkeeper to take the wardrobe back and adjust the amount by giving us something else in the next month of purchase itself. But he refused to do that and we wonder how could he be so careless towards customers. We tried to call n complain about this to the head office of zuari and the toll free number also but invain.They are not responding the calls. Even the so called manager who visited to see the condition of wardrobe is also not responding now.After our continuous calls daily he promised that yesterday his person was coming to set that.We waited for him the whole day and after evening he just switched off his mobile and not responding.We are regretting now to invest such a huge amount where we got only wastage of place.We haven't used it for the purpose we 've bought it.We cant keep anything in that and even we cant move that.Its a big wastage of money and place in the home.Now I decided not to tolerate it anymore as we were cheated clearly. Please help me in this regard and now I dont want any kind of repairs or exchange as I suffered a lot mentally too.Now I purely want my money back at any circumstances.
