Last Month after the continues flash floods(about 7-8inch), the bottom layer of our wardrobe about 1-2inch(after a 6inch layer to protect it) was wet for a day... We have provided pictures of the problem we want to know if the bottom layer can get repaired or replaced

Need to dismantle the zuari cot.

I have 2 zuari cot. One cot botom fly broken and other box type rod not able to fix, as the nut bolt thread gon.
Please fix the issue.

I purchased bed from Muzaffarpur, Bihar and now it's got damaged and I want to repair it as fast as possible.

Bought a zuari cot and due to wear and tear lock screws are lost. Cot is lose now and it might fall apart. Need repair immediately.

My Zuari double bed needs repairing from all the four sides and also some spare parts replacement.Even Zuari wardrobe needs refitting and spare parts replacement.

Bed panel broke

Two weeks ago I bought a wardrobe from Muzaffarpur (Bihar) branch and after a week o[censored]se the lock of main door started malfunctioning (lock remained closed). I tried to open with the keys that I had got but it didn't then I called the shop to open the lock and after 4-5 days they sent the service person and charged me for the work but when repaired the wardrobe it again started the same problem from the very next day of its repairing. Now I'm calling the shop and the service person since Monday but nobody is taking this matter seriously.
Extremely disappointed with it!

I purchased the sofa 3+1+1 of Zuari brand from Patna in 2017 but due to bad quality of Leather cover and sponge, the sofa get damage and need urgent attention or repair .. I have verbally lodged complaint to Siliguri Zuari dealer but no repairing done . So I request Zuari to take necessary action ...please ... I have purchased all my furniture from Zuari ... I hope Zuari will solve my problem ...

Three seater which is 5 years old has developed tear because of material failure and fatigue

With so much of disappointment iam writing this letter to tell about a furniture I bought from zuari.
For our bad luck we bought a new family coat for our wedding from a zuari dealer in vadakara, Kerala, named arjun steels.
Within the first year itself one side pannel has broken in to two. So when we asked for a replacement the dealer jst repair it, that time itself we showed many cracks on the coat but they promised me that it is a big brand with high reputation and there won't be any issues further. We believed that as we trusted zuari so much.
But it is highly disappointing that, this is the third time my bed is cracking. Now it showed a big crack in the main board itself. The two main central boards cracked and it's is now unable to use.
Now when I called the delear they toldthat it might be a manufacturing defect and they will repair it within 3 days time. It is after a long waiting of 1 month I decided to write to you directly as the dealer is not responding to my calls. They are not even picking calls from my number.
My family includes my husband and son and we altogether weight below 150 kg. I really don't understand that is that the weight a zuari coat could afford.
It is highly disgusting and disappointing to say that we lost all faith in zuari furniture. We will surely not buy any of the furniture from zuari in our life time.
Anyways afer such a long time of waiting we finally decided to change the coat and buy a new one. But this time not zuari for sure. As we already lost 23000 for that coat.
My intention of writing is just to inform you about what happened to me with your furniture. And I kindly request you not to sell defected peaces like to any customers who faithfully goes under the brand name zuari as I do.
It is very painful and hard for some to change their wedding coat which have so much of memories attached. Please don't do this to any one.

Please refer my invoice no SG0165 Date 22 Dec 2020. I purchased wardobe from Seema furnishers Dehradun, the doors of wardobe are uneven. Their representative also visited for ratification but he told it is a manufacturing defect.
