Zuari Furniture — Defect product not yet resolved | |||
I brought a zuari corner sofa in Expo on 22nd October and got delivered by 20th December. Order number 8055. Invoice number cz1511. I raised a complaint regarding 3 defects in hand rest, material and Bush unbalanced by calling Mr. Karthick ([protected]) after so many days he suggested to contact Mr Pandian ([protected]) and I did the same for many days. After so many attempts of calling one of your representative came to my home for inspection and viewed the defect and asked me to send the photos of the defect one to a person Mr. murugan in what's app number ([protected]). After that no reply. I called Mr. Karthick again but this time no response from him. Is this way zuari furniture response to its customers? Still my complaint is not resolved.
