[Resolved] Zuari Furniture — High Back chair quality issue

I bought a High Back Chair at Thanjavur through a Zuari Dealer and I'm very disappointed with the quality of the chair. It's not even a year the chair is in a pathetic condition. I almost spent Rs 9000/- to buy this chair but the quality didn't do any justice. Almost three weeks back, I sent a complaint regarding the same with the pictures to their manufacturing unit located at Thiruvallur and followed up with many calls. Unfortunately the issue is not resolved yet and every time when I call they promise me it will be taken care but no action as of now.

Updated by subrammo It's been 1 week I posted this complaint on this website and still no call from Zuari, I don't know whether Zuari is trying to ignore this complaint and I wonder what's the use of this website then?
