Zuari Furniture — issue with the sofa that I purchased in zuari | |||
Hello zuari team, I had purchased a brand new sofa on 20/02/2016 from zuari furniture's velachery in a mega fair conducted in "chennai trade center". With in 8-9 months from the date of purchase, the sofa's cushion & springs were felt un-comfortable when we use it on a daily basis. I thought that it was normal and would be fine as it goes on, but unfortunately the current status of the sofa's has become horrible where the person sitting in the sofa would get a back-pain. I didn't expect this from a re-known'ed brand like zuari who doesn't compromise quality, as i am a re-occurring customer of zuari who had purchased many products & have referred many of my friends to zuari.
