Zuari Furniture — Not getting Service | |||
Two weeks ago I bought a wardrobe from Muzaffarpur (Bihar) branch and after a week o[censored]se the lock of main door started malfunctioning (lock remained closed). I tried to open with the keys that I had got but it didn't then I called the shop to open the lock and after 4-5 days they sent the service person and charged me for the work but when repaired the wardrobe it again started the same problem from the very next day of its repairing. Now I'm calling the shop and the service person since Monday but nobody is taking this matter seriously. Extremely disappointed with it! Was this information helpful? | |||
