Zudio — Refund - Double Payment Issue

I purchased clothes @ Zudio, Kothaur (Gubbi_Cross) on 25 of Sept’21.
When I tried to pay through Google Pay, it did not go, so I paid with the card. Unfortunately, my google amount also went through (after3days) to Zuido for the same bill. I have approached twice to Zudio (counter once and manager once) for a refund. But they are not refunding instead asking time. As for now, it is already 12days and there is no assured reply. I request these issues to be sorted out as soon as possible.
