I had ordered a Multipurpose Foldable Laptop Table and prepaid
but the company has not delivered the product.

I purchased clothes @ Zudio, Kothaur (Gubbi_Cross) on 25 of Sept’21.
When I tried to pay through Google Pay, it did not go, so I paid with the card. Unfortunately, my google amount also went through (after3days) to Zuido for the same bill. I have approached twice to Zudio (counter once and manager once) for a refund. But they are not refunding instead asking time. As for now, it is already 12days and there is no assured...

I want to file a complaint against Ms. Poonam Pokhiyal located Zudio, Gulmohar Mall, Ahmedabad as her behaviour was very rude and she denies to exchange the size as we had mistakenly taken S size instead of XL however Ms. Poonam behaved so rudely and doesn't allowed the change of size also.

It was very disheartening.

This is Johnsey Macwan here resident of City Nadiad having my cell No. [protected]. I found during my shopping on 16/07/2021 at about 05:44pm, staff at Zudio, Nadiad absolutely unprofessional and without any manner and attiqute. Mr Robin Siddik is very rude and non professional attitude towards customers.

Mene 11th july 2021 ko zudio clothing mall gulmohar par ahmedabad me se shopping ki thi fitting ka issue hua to 12th july exchange karva ne gayi waha pe sales man ne guide nahi kiya k refund bhi ho sakta he puri information nahi di aur kharab bartav kiya worst service of zudio gulmohar park ahmedabad ki

19.04.21 I Buy a track I wear it once And wash it after wash it I see they are so many hole in track...

They mentioned that, they will steam all the garments after post trial but they aren't following the procedure and refused to do when I asked them..

I went to a zudio store in gopalan arcade, bangalore. At the time of billing, i was asked for carry bag? I said yes. She charged me rs 5 for that paper bag which had zudio on it. I pointed out that you cant charge for this so she asked me to talk to her manager, but still she was busy in billing and give me bag. Did not care to call her manager. When i asked her again, person next her counter asked me to give plain paper bag, she gave me plain paper bag and still, i said paper bags are ecofriendly so u cant charge for them. But she charged me. Person next her told we have paid for this bag so we will charge you.

I went to a zudio store in kothapet hyderabad. At the time of billing, i was asked "ma'am" carry bag?" i said yes. He charged me rs 7 for that paper bag which had zudio on it. I pointed out that you cant charge for this so he gave me plain paper bag and still, i said paper bags are ecofriendly so u cant charge for them. But he charged me. About 1 hour later my friend was charged rs 7 again but, i stayed away and she was given the black bag with zudio name on it.
