i was regular user of the TATA Photon ANd paid each and every bill on time and with 100 penealty charges, but when i stoped used the TATA photon and visited to vashi brach office at station and requested to them that iwant to stop the TATA photon net they have done something and told that their is system problem it will get done, again i received the next month bill and told them but they denies the service, says call on reg number and requested to them to stop the photon net service, but same happen in next month and got the call when i was at kandivali station, i saw the branch and visited but they told that they have closed but their was person standing in que for new connection i told them the queries but they ask to call on centralized customer care number even they denied to help, after speaking with customer care guys came to know that they have not stop my service he told that now i will not get the call and service will get disconnected, again and again i am getting call for the payment, which service i have not used... raised for the new tata photon wifi device connectivity issue some two weeks back(tentatively between nov 6th to 8th).

I bought the Tata Photon Max WIFI data card postpaid connection via online with number [protected] on 25 Sep-15. Due to faulty device the connection is not activated. Recharge a dongle of TATA Photon plus 45 days back for RS2500. Worked fine for few days then stopped working due to very low signal. Went to the head office in jaipur for resolution. They told me due their tower problem i faced the problem .
