Dear sir,
Please refund my air ticket fee since the flight has been cancelled.
Booking ref: gceeaq
I have booked airticket on april, 2020 for the travel date of 4th may, 2020.
But flight has been cancelled due to covid 19 travel restrictions in india.
Hence as per government guidelines please refund the full amount asap since i have canceled the booking.
Or else issue a voucher to rebook on the...

I have request to cancel my both tickets ;- 1st one on 11th march 2020 (Pnr: ykilld) and 2nd one 24th march 2020 (Pnr: jgifqc). Until now i don't received my refund amount. I forward email to "[protected]@airindiaexpress.in" many time and there are telling transfer as soon as possible.

Now almost 26 days complete. Till not start to process..
Please needs to help us......

Dear,

I have did booking through agent (from Mangalore to Doha) and booking date is 10th of April, 2020 due to lockdown flights has been cancelled.

My Father and Mother are in old age above 70 plus year old and they will not travel to Doha QATAR in future date also in this condition ( due to Corona Virus ) which is effect their health as I need full refund against my payment.

cancellation refund not received

Hi,

I have cancelled ticket on 29th jan for air india express with pnr number: kmuedc from coimbatore to singapore. As per the attached receipt i was supposed to receive 16425.62 inr back. However untill now i have not received my refund cancellation amount. Attach is the receipt that was shared with me by air india confirming that they will credit 16425.62 inr to my account. Please check....

refund & false promises

I called air india express customer care to reschedule my flight ticket, stayed on the ivr for 45 mins and call got dropped, finally after several failed attempts the call was connected to an agent who sent me a payment link for an amount of inr 351, the link did not work and i was unable to reach your customer care, i then rescheduled my flight online and was charged a penalty of inr 1100, i then called your customer care at 6am thinking...

no ticket received after booking and complete payment done

I had done booking for 20 apr 2020 from coimbatore to lucknow for 3 person.
After the completion of all the details and payment done, not received the ticket anywhere.
It is confirmed that a payment of rs 19, 536 has been deducted from my sbi account -[protected].

The amount has been debited from my account, but extra baggage has not been confirmed at the aie end and not reflected in the ticket also. cheated with excess baggage

amount deducted but failed confirmation on next screen

Booked a ticket from mumbai to dubai for may 06, 2020, on feb 13th. Payment made from icici bank debit card. Confirmation of the amount deducted from the bank came instantly on my phone. However, as soon the page was redirected to the merchant site, there was an error message saying the payment was failed. A message was displayed with an email address for contact if the amount was deducted from the bank and the ticket confirmation was not...

amount not refunded

Hi, on 12th jan 20 i tried booking ticket through air india call center as usual, and made 50, 000 inr (Ticket cost - 214, 000 inr). Due to some technical reason i was not able to make remaining payment hence ticket was not booked. Though pnr number was generated. Now 50, 000 inr got debited from my bank account and the transaction successful.

Air india said within 48 hours it will be credited back to bank account.

I've booked a return trip from dmm to ccj via airindia express website using my credit card. I got confirmed tickets in my email and the amount also deducted from my card. After 3 days i postponed my trip to a week after the initial date. I paid extra for that using my debit card. payment went to error but money deducted

I had tried to do a booking online yesterday (26jan2020) and after entering card details it went to error and didn't get any confirmation money was also not deducted at that time. I waited over 2 hours and did a booking any which got confirmed. But at night got 2 messages and my money got deducted twice. Amount of 680.67 dhs (13, 195.92 rs) was deducted twice. Same day morning i reached airport counter for boarding, then air-india
Ground staff told me the system showing the ticket has been canceled...

On dec 8th 2019 i book a ticket from shj to trivandrum using credit card. By mistake the date i have selected is wrong. That's why i cancel that ticket within 1 hour. After i got a confirmation email also. I contacted air india office in dubai. They said that email on [protected]@airindia.in. So i email on this email 4 times. They reply that refund money will credited within 20 working days....
