Aircel — not able to send port message to 1900 from my aircel number

I want to port my aircel service to other service... Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even i called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down.

It is something blocked by aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to port from aircel to other providers.

My Aircel sim card is not working since today morning . i tried to called through different phone number to my phone number but still i am not able to access . and if i try through my no it showing that the mobile network is not available . I request u sure to help me to access my phone no. again

My Aircel SIM card is PUK block and my mobile number is unknown.So i need my PUK code.How will i get the PUK code.Please help me with this problem as soon as possible.

From last night (i.e. Feb 19, 2018's night) I am not getting Aircel signal in Dum Dum, Kolkata.
I am facing many problems.
When will it be rectified?
It is the only SIM I have and for god's sake fix it soon or else I will have to port from this ### network.
Resolve it asap ###.

Hi Sir,

I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 20 Feb, 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. My number is [protected].

From past two days from 17/02/2018,
Am sending request msg from my mobile no:[protected], regarding portability request to change my network from aircel to airtel for 4G, till now there is no response, if I didn't get the port number,

I am using corporate postpaid plan from 2015. Now, i am relived from that organisation. So, I want to change prepaid from postpaid. But, agent was not accepted.
