Hello,
I have to port my aircel number and for that i need to send a message "port number[protected]" to 1900. I have been trying for more than a week but unable to send message. Everytime i get the same message as message not sent. There is no issue of insufficient balance or sms pack as i recharged recently. I really need to sort it out asap. Please help me get the code. You can mail me if any queries/concern....

Last 15 days i tried to send porting request. But my message is not sent to port 1900 number.

I tried to call customer care last 3 days but its go on waiting and disconnect automatically please help its very important number for me.
Please aircel team give the proper resolution and send me mnp code to change my network please reply asap....

From last 15 days, i tried every method to obtain the upc of my no. [protected], but i couldn't get it. A message "unable to generate upc: msisdn not found in crm" is being generated". Please help me and guide me how to get upc of my number, it would be appreciable i[censored] could provide me the same. I am facing lot of inconvenience. I am using this no. From last 7 years approx., i have to keep this no. Alive by switching to other telecom operator....

I am nevis antony raj. (. Retired) having aircel prepaid no [protected] for more than 10 years. I got upc no dt929645 from aircel and the expiry date was 18/03/2018. I shared this upc to idea operator on 15/03/2018. When i called [protected] today to veryfy i was shocked that some one from nagercoil is using my no. Kindly do needful to get back my mobile number as it is being misused.....

I have tried to port my mobile no [protected] to bsnl. But still now the porting is not completed. I have enquired the bsnl and they told me that bsnl has initiated the porting request but action has not been by
Aircel.

Now i also could not register my aircel sim to the aircel network.

Kindly help me in completing the porting request from aircel to bsnl.

I have balance in my aircel number to send sms, but, the message to 1900 is not going thru.
Since i have registered and using this mobile number for all my personal and professional needs, it is very difficult for me in everything.

I am also facing the problem with porting my number aircel to airtel. The upc code got expired before the new operator could processed for mnp. Now my aircel number is not working and online itself not working for the generate the upc code. I am giving this number to all personals things. My aircel number is [protected]. And my alternate number is [protected] to contact....

For the last two week i try to generate my upc code online so that i can port my aircel number to bsnl and this aircel number is being use for many purposessince 2004. Also i try to go to aircel office but there is a very long queue. Since being an old customer of aircel they should have send the upc code through sms or through email but it appears that the company is not taking any action on this and i have also heard that for some aircel...

I have mobile no. [protected] and its operator is aircel. The company has left market without giving any intimation to its users. Now there is no network signal of aircel available. I am hrushi of vijayawada locality, and i am not getting aircel network signals since 10days and all aircel centers near my locality are shutted down and i want my aircel number which i was using since 5 years so kindly help me to resolve this problem. Atleat suggest me a way to port my mobile number to other network. Please help me to resolve this problem. I gave that number for my examinations.

I am using Aircel mobile network and from last one month calls were not connecting to any other networks. But from last 5 days there is no network..This is my permanent number and used in all bank accounts and transactions. There is no information regarding shutting down of Aircel in Jaipur, Rajasthan. I have more than 1200 rs of balance. I've also lodge complaint via mail at Aircel customer care but there is no response....

Myself shiv mohan, please note my aircel number [protected] not from very start of march and no notification given regarding its closure. As most of accounts linked with this registered number which was very old, now i'm facing problem of portability. As i have visited various store but they said it couldn't possible to port number without network. Please help and action is needed against aircel for not providing...

We are using the aircel mobile for a long time suddenly they shut down their operation it would be very difficulty for communication before shutting their operation some information should be provided so that the we can able to switch for other operator kindly look for the customer so that they not face problum

Aircel no [protected] is getting rejected for upc every time nearly 7 times . I tried to port to Airtel. Airtel says they will get UPC code from Aircel but all 7 time they were rejected for Upc. It was taken in my office as CUG connection. Prior to trying to porting this before few years I got rejected because they said it’s under company CUG (closed user group)...

I have tried sending "port 9xxxxxxxxx" message to 1900 multiple times, all the time it is failing with "message not sent" error. Please help to resolve this issue. I have been facing issue with very poor network coverage from aircel since last 2 weeks. Everyone is complaining that my number is not reachable.
