[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deduction and no customer care | |||
Hello. I have an Aircel mobile number and Aircel has been deducting balance for a games service (Rs. 99 per month) for the past three months. Whenever I call up the customer care or 155223 (their de-activation portal), they say that no such service is activated on my number. Now for the past 48 hours, every time I call their customer care, they cut the call without even connecting me to the executive. When I try from another number, they deduct balance without any reason. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
