I myself K P Sridhar residing at mettupalayam Coimbatore district tamilnadu -On behalf of my wife i write this mail because she is in maternity leave so she cont send

I have a grievance that i have complained to aircel regarding my monthly bill issue but i have not received any response from them
i have called many times to the customer care and i have been to the customer support office many times in Coimbatore -codissia tower aircel office
i have raised a complaint through mail there is no reply and no response
i have contacted the nodel officers may time there is no response
for past one month i am following them but there is no solution for the same
i like to forward all the mail i have sent to the aircel office
almost i have sent mail to all the officials in aircel but there is no reply from them

now they have sent a new bill -i am as a tax payer i am so depressed in this and please my last hope is government of India so i mail to you hope you people will sole the matter

i have attached the screen short of the mail which is sent by me for your kind reference

I introduce my self as Lt.K.P.Sridhar, on behalf of my wife i am writing this mail, i was an aircel customer for 10 years and i have switch over to Vodafone due to the same problem what i am going to discuss further
now the same same problem to my wife Mrs S Deepa Phone Number [protected]
for the above number i have received bill for this month Rs 615, for clearing my grievance i hve called many times to customer care and also with all the numbers given in the net and also i have sent my representative to check with head office Coimbatore (codisia towers )
nill response i have received
for paying bill and all we are receiving msg, call, mail frequently but for hearing customer complain nobody is ready to respond
with out customer you cont grow, , , hope getting a customer is not easy but loosing a customer is very easy best example is myself
now i have advised my wife to switch over to another network due to your irresponsibility of this network
i am not going to pay the bill for this month
til you clear my grievance
this is for your information and necessary action

My wife has not used GPRS and for checking she called your toll free number she got a replay that she dint activated any value added service but we are getting bill for the same

FINALLY i like to say respect customer - i have called tour land line number before completing some has disconnected
it disgusted me and insulted me for that i am going to file a complaint i have record of all the calls which i have made and also the logs

We'd like to inform that you are in "Budget 149 Plan_2014 PPM", ( No inbuilt data plan ) by validating the CDR, you have used 3G data of 170 MB without any data pack. Hence, charges found correct as per tariff. Therefore, the waiver is not applicable.
