[Resolved] Aircel — Money deducted while data pack on while on roaming-manual settings | |||||
Hello team, My number is [protected]. Aircel has been going around and deducting all my balance telling me that my network latched onto other service provider while on roaming and that I should avoid that. My network mode is always set on manual and till now from 25th of Sept it has deducted over 85+15+80 rs from my main balance. I am at my wits end. I have always manually selected Aircel for my network and when there's no network it says 'emergency calls only'. My number [protected] has been rc with net pack 275rs and it has no roaming charges. But Aircel cheated me and deducted over 180rs from main balance. Please advise as what I should do. This isn't a joke anymore. They are lying to me constantly. Like the screenshot it always said Aircel, Aircel (Vodafone), Aircel( Reliance). And there were no charges. It kept deducting randomly. Another lie. 170 rs was never deducted on 25th Sept. 85rs was deducted on 25th Sept and 80+15rs was deducted on 3rd of October 2015. How many more lies would you tell?? Stop saying it's a system check up to justify your lies. Aircel is not just a cheat but also a liar. Return my money.

Here is how I know you are lying from the start.
Day : 25th Sept - Blnc deducted Rs85. My remaining bnc was 120+ something. I complained and got the reply from Aircel on 30th Sept saying that their "post system check up" said that rs 85 was deducted while I was latched onto another network which is again a lie since my phone was on manual mode. You think you would use words like "post system check up" and people will be fooled. Here's why we won't since you made the mistake of posting a completely contradicting statement after my 2nd complaint.
Day 3rd Oct : Blnc deducted Rs15+Rs80. This time I was so terrified I kept taking snapshots of my network just to keep the proof that my network did not latch onto any other network. It was always Aircel as I've chosen manually. I posted those pics along with my complaint and got the 2nd response on 7th Oct saying 170rs was deducted on 25th Sept as it latched onto another network.
Hahahahahahahahahahaha.
Seriously? Are you people stupid? Or you just think foolish customers ain't even gonna notice and you would do as you please? I went through all the complaints against aircel in here, on Facebook - aircel India and all of them were the same "money deducted/aircel fraud against customers" sort of messages. People using Aircel warning others again and again not to use this pathetic service not only cuz of their bad service but they are now lying and cheating people too. The customer care never picks up the call and forget getting any solution from them. Stop doing this.

hi when i am in south roaming i use my internet pack u r deducting my balance around 20 rs every time i connect to internet deducting the balance i have a data pack than why you are deducting my balance please solve as it as soon
