[Resolved] Aircel — Unnecessary forced subscription of a service | |||||
Sir, I am Debasis Panigrahi, a bonafide customer of AIRCEL. I am using a AIRCEL company sim (Mobile No.[protected]) since 2012. Today in the afternoon at 12:35 PM they have activated a pack called ORIPI95 for which Rs.95 is deducted from my main balance. This pack is activated by AIRCEL and when I called customer care they are saying only one sentence "sir .. U have activated it from your side and we cannot refund your amount as this is one time activation". This problem is repeated many times in the past and not a single pie is refunded. I use other sims such as Reliance, Airtel, BSNL and Idea but AIRCEL has the worst customer service. It always tries to grab customer’s balance by different means. So, kindly take some action.
