[Resolved]  Airtel — 2499 plan - [protected] - most confusing plan i ever came across - should be treated as p1

Hi team,

I took a plan for 2499 last week however i am not happy with the customer service provided by airtel team, i am sorry to say this customer service continous i wil have to ask airtel to take back their iphone and i will stop making any kinds of payments, below is the summary of the whole scene :-

1. End october - i visited newly opened airtel dealer store near noble hospital, beside icici atm bank magarpatta road asking for the details about the onlien story the staff was not user friendly and didn't gave me any details about the online store and asked me to check online as they don't have any details about it.

2. First week nov i raised an online request to buy the phone and visited the same dealer storage again to confirm about the service they gave me all information confirming that my plan and the other child plan will be on unlimited calling plan with 30gb of data to both parent and child.

3. Last week of nov - i was happy after receiving the phone however i had trouble adding the child to my base plan to resolve i visited again the same dealer store to which they gave me very stupid information, my child number is already an airtel postpaid number [protected], the person on front desk asked me to make the number to prepaid and then perform the port in and then they will make the number as postpaid then only my secondary number will be active with the unlimited plan, the whole idea sounded very incorrect to me that why being a customer i had to go through so many hassels,

4. The same day on 21st nov i called the call center to which the person who attended the call was very soft spoken and helped me in adding the secondary number to the plan, i thought all my issues are resolved here bu the story of confusions with 2499 plan did int stopped here.

5. 27th nov - my wife checked her plan in my airtel app and she saw that she is under 299 plan to which she was surprised and she called up csr again this time again csr misguided her and told her that she is under 299 plan and inspite of being my child she will be only provided with 1gb data per month and she will be charged for the outgoing, common you gotta be kidding me, so much of confusions.

6. 27th nov - i again called up the csr and this time lady confirmed me that both the parent and child are underlimited calling plan and 30gb of data per month,

Are you really kidding me for the person who will be paying 65k to airtel in two years has to go with so many hassels just to have an iphone, better would be i would have continued as vodafone customer and bought an iphone from amazon for 40k.
