iphone 7 order not received

I have placed order for apple i phone 7 32gb on 30th of october 2017 and made payment of 7777. Till now i haven't received the device from airtel. Also, as the plan says i'm eligible for postpaid, placed a request from prepaid to postpaid which is [protected]. Regarding this i visited 3 airtel outlets but no was educated about this service. I have raised several requests and complaints to airtel but no one is responding.

fluctuating network connection

Y airtel mobile number is [protected]. Issue: i am having network coverage issue. Coverage is extremely poor and fluctuating continuously at my billing address. I have complained couple of times, they come, take some reading/survey and goes off. No update to customer and closing off incidents without consulting me and my confirmation. 4g pack 399 with unlimited calls & 1gb/day data for 70 days

Recharged with 399 on 12 oct 2017 for 4g pack valid for 70 days, but today
I was unable to make a call. Then i contacted the customer care and they say it is valid only for 28 days. If it was just for 28 days, why will i go for this option when i had many great offers from other service providers.
Even today when i google for airtel 399 pack, it explains as follows :

"now, airtel offers 399 with unlimited calls...

paid twice for a plan

There was a plan of rs.399/- from airtel and validity was for 70 days. I paid online through their app.in first trial, the transaction got disturbed. Then i tried second time and was successful. But later i found from my bank account that rs. 399/- is deducted twice. Airtel's customer care confirmed that rs. 399/- have been received twice and the app is also showing double payment.

He told that extra amount can not be returned...

my sms facility is withheld by airtel

calls not connecting

When ever i am in roaming calls are not at all outgoing but incoming calls are connecting just outgoing are not working i even have paid for roaming recharge still the problem persists resolve this asap how many times i have to bring this issue to ur notice and how careless ur costumer care services are get your dhit together and concentrate on consumer service first...

not able to use main balance for 448 plan recharge

Hi, my airtel app shows me new offer of 448 plan. But i am unable to activate that plan with my main balance. I hve balance of rs460. I called customer service for help but they told me to recharge for rs 448 and cant be activated with mobile balance. But why shld i spend money when i hve balance in my mobile.
Airtel is now customer friendly.
I think it's better to change service... I am totally upset......

postpaid refund

airtel: not getting any incoming calls outgoing calls working fine

I am not receiving any incoming calls since last 4 days. Outgoing calls are working fine.

When ever someone is calling me they are getting a message "call cannot be completed, please contact customer care"

I have contacted customer care support but they always says within 24 hrs your problem will be resolved, but it never gets resolve.

When i visited the service center for this issue they swapped...

unable to change package

We are not able to change packages and remove unwanted channels in mobile app as well as internet.

It is showing only current package and balance amount.

we want to remove some channels which is not required.

poor internet connection speed

Hi, this is ashok from sattur, tamilnadu (626203). As there are more than 2 lakhs people living in our, 4g network is not available here even 3g too. Always the net speed is not crossing 100 kb/s. This is the maximum speed limit we can reach out in our locality. We have made several complaints over phone but no action has been taken for the past 6 months. digital tv - forceful upgrade to hd box

I am using airtel network for past 3 months and as per they said the data will fastest among the other networks. But it may only applicable for the pospaid plans. airtel unable to make outgoing calls in roaming

I have an airtel prepaid connection number (+91 - [protected]) frc 495/- from kolkata. Whenever i came to roaming (Vellore) i am unable to make outgoing calls, but receive incoming calls.

The 4g data is also not received even though my husband has airtel and able to use 4g data in the same room itself.

It is very hard when you have a critically ill patient with you and you are not able to make urgent calls even...

400 sms for 31 rupees for the prepaid no 9902768565

I paid 31 rupees for 400 free sms for 28 days. But when more than 350 sms and days are valid today 09.11.2017 i was deducted 2 rupees for 2 sms i sent for a local number. So today 09.11.2017 again i paid 31 rupees for 300 sms package as i required to send more sms. As my balance of 400 sms package offered by airtel to my number and validity is still existing kindly return 31 rupees today what i recharged + 2 rupees deducted for 2 local sms...

unstable 3g, 4g network

Dear sir, your airtel cellular network is the most used mobile network in my locality, but there is no 4g upgrade and most of all 3g network is so unstable and annoying... So please upgrade your network here or least of it fix the 3g network... Hopefully this complaint reaches you....
