Recently i had ported in my teeno sim into airtel and then upgraded it from 3g to 4g. Nd recharged it with rs. 449 in order to have unlimited local and std calls and 1 gb data per day. But now any of those plan are not active. I can't make any call local or std. Nd even i am unable to reach any of your customer care. Your portal for speaking any executive officer is worst. Please do something that can be helpful to me....

I have been complaining about network issues inside and ouside of my home. But instead of resolving the issue airtel network team call me daily to check.

Please suggest any solution to this persisting issue. We are not able to reach the members at home.

I have done all the prerequisites to port my number from reliance gsm to airtel and got message that it will be processed by 6th november 2017, but as i can see my reliance gsm sim is still working and didn't receive any message about porting is being done or not.

I submitted the submitted the application for porting and reliance to airtel and request for the number on 31/11/2017 i received a message same day your application is on processed 31/11/2017 and after that received the massage from airtel 04/11/2017 at the time of 04:44 your service have been set. Please restart your handset. So money times i have done the process (Restart) but so far my sim not activated.

I purchased a "one day" international roaming pack for usa from airtel which allows for unlimited incoming calls and 50 mb data. It seemed ideal since it ensures connectivity as soon as we land there. But, there is no mention on when this one day pack gets activated. But i have not received one gb data for daily use. Then i call customer care service for complain my problem. But i have not satisfy from airtel. Sir, my resident address is gupta enclave, vikas nagar, new delhi-110058. I am facing the 4g and 3g network issue in my handset since 6 months. Its been mandatory for to set my network on 2g because whenever i set network on 3g or 4g it shows no network. I have been suffering with your poor network since 19:00 hrs[protected]. Because of your bloody poor sorry no network i am not able to get calls and not able to make calls. This is not the first time that this happened at my location. My location is indalwai 23 kms from nizamabad. And is on the way nh 44. If it the network is not restored as soon as possible. I will not hesitate to go to trai....

For past 6 months my complaint is open status not yet resolved, customer care accepting they have tower issue.
Not ready to resolve the complaint.
