But she has left to usa for a short stint and during that period many calls came to get it verified from nearest airtel for aadhar. Since, my daughter is not present they didnt agree. And suddenly they have deactivated the service and i am having a balance of about 390 in the prepaid. But, no one is helping as i approached many...

my surreal app recharge failed two time but money not refund in my account

Hi airtel team,
I recharged my airtel no. [protected] two time rs. 198 on dated 13.09.2017 through my airtel app but both time transaction goes failed and transaction id - [protected] and [protected] respectively.
Both time my money was deducted so i call to customer care no. Dated 13.09.2017 as per him amount will be receive within 7-10 days but after ten days i didn't get my money back so i call again to airtel customer care...

Dear team,

₹399 airtel prepaid plan is not showing in the available plans. Hence last month also recharged with ₹349. But once the transaction is complete, i can see ₹399 is visible in available list. Hence airtel is only showing ₹399 plan, when i don’t require and they are not showing when i require (On last day of my existing plan).
It’s a clear fraud incase in case if that have plan, they should enable...

I open a complaint on 12 sept and today its 2 oct. and airtel didn’t solve my complaint and customer care tell me i m on special offer my bill is low. And I don’t need to hyper. Bcuz i m on discount plan. Wtf? Mean i m not ur customer. ? Mean my problem is not problem. U don’t have time for me ?...

airtel payment bank saving account open without my permission

Dear sir
My airtel prepaid no is [protected] and this number uses last 4 years. Aadhar card linked my mobile number and without my permission airtel company opening my saving account in airtel payment bank. And my lpg gas subsidy credit in airtel payment bank. I have contact a airtel executive but no response in this issue and no refund my lpg subsidy.
So please sir strictly action in airtel company, because not saving account...

too much delay in activating services

I have registered port from tata docomo to airtel in this process docomo signal has been disconnected and to activate to airtel they need to verify details but they are not verifying it and they are not even responding in a correct manner saying activate yourself by online if you can.

It’s been 3 without mobile i have literally begged to provide atleast incoming service but they aren’t. Its affecting because in 2 days there...

postpaid internet

We paid our prepaid mobile bill through my airtel app yesterday and later we received a message saying that the bill has been cancelled. The message included a link saying to retry. After retrying we received a message saying successfully transactions done and it also said the money will be credited to acc in 48hrs. Amount was deducted twice and still the internet isn't working....

failure of rs.399 plan outside of state

Hi,

I have recharged my number with rs.399 (After i crossed my home state) because there was roaming facility as well.

I am now unable to make any phone calls.

1) is there any support pack that i should recharge?

2) is there something wrong with the plan?

3) how do i connect with customer care?

I receive no information from any of these airtel...

could not able to recharge after postpaid to prepaid conversion

balance deduction without my knowledge

I’m using airtel number since 2008, my personal number [protected], i recharge for 150 full talk time and i also recharge for special pack 399, recently they deducted my balance and it’s been now 28 rs is my acc balance, when i ask the reason to customer care they says it’s been charged for i meesage, in my mobile i message is off still it’s been deducting. They r not giving me the proper answer for my balance deduction....

non activation of sim card till 48 h

We have purchased new sim on 29thsep oder no:[protected], was assured to get activated within four hrs. However, it is not yet activated (2nd oct, 8 am). We had spoken to customer service executives many times. After that we spoke to mr. Prasad [protected], but no use. Your customer service people appear to be dummies with no intention of solving problems but speak politely to fool customers. I regret to say that, your customer care is inefficient...

399 special recharge

I recharged my number with 399 plan which states that we get unlimited calls and 1gb data/day for 84 days. Post recharge the benefit that i got was for 28 days only. When i called customer service they simply told that we can't help on this. Also when asked why they give false advertisement they said this offer is not there for all numbers. When i told i got the message they said that the offer might have changed by now.

Am gugan from tamilnadu. I have lost my sim card [protected] and i can't able reach the customer care either please can you block the sim. Its very urgent i tried lot of time to reach customer care but failed can you block it immediately. I missed the sim in banglore, karnataka
I didn't know the customer services online also. So please do the favour and block the sim immediately....

very poor airtel 4g network that too in bangalore

I got this dongle connection from my company for on-call support.

From past 3 weeks, at my home, ramagondanahalli 560066, 4g network coverage is at worst. Speed shows 0kbps most of the times, can you believe this funny situation, thats it, nothing else required to convey.
This is total pathetic, cheap, cheating, shame service from airtel.

Since this morning, no matter which site i wish to open..it is being automatically redirected to airtel iportal. I dismissed the alert many times. But still its automatically being redirected to airtel iportal. Why are these offers being forced down our throat. I wanted to book a bus ticket for tomorow but i couldnt because it wont allow me to acces anythng other than airtel Iportal. Iam totally frustrated with this service....

mobile lost - airtel postpaid sim

Please block my sim number [protected] i lost my mobile phone in the evening around 5.30 p. M

(Likely location is korrum mall-thane and mulund east - hanuman chowk. Mumbai maharashtra 400081.

I activated a data plan on my airtel number [protected], for 24 rupees and after some days they again deducted same amount from my balance without any notification and my knowlenge.

very very poor network in my area rangpo sikkim.

Being an airtel postpaid consumer with mobile no.[protected] not getting high quality network, while complained they feel just sorry and did not rectify it neither given time frame to rectify the problem. 2g coverage also not available in my area.
