What use is a net connection that doesnt provide you with the speed. I have paid for lte speeds and was promisedaround 40mbps and all i get is kb's and thats also not stable. These people fail to provide connection a metropolitan city like chennai around prime zones o[censored]niversities. I received an email saying that your claim has been rejected because of mishandling the mobile, where as mobile damaged accidentally not because of mishandling, and to cover the accident only i opted for the insurance. Even after paying bills on time and premium you are not serving me. My phone is not repaired by you which is already covered under insurance scheme of airtel.

I recharged my prepaid mobile with offer rs.244 (Unlimited local call and 1gb for70 days) on 23.09.2017. Amount is taken by airtel from my main balance when i make call. Airtel is suppose to give free call instead of taking balance amount from main balance. I try to contact the customer care but i am getting unnecessary information from computer service....

I have called more than 100 times to 121 and spoke to different executives for discontinuation of my service. Every time everyone put my call on hold and i waited for more than 20 mints but nobody replied. I am leaving karnataka and don't want to continue the broadband service. I am still waiting for it and they have already generated my bill. Nobody is helping out on 121 putting calls on hold. Please for god sake discontinue the service...

My airtel number is 0990#2550 and mail id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in, my problem since three days post changing my handset, from my number automatic sms sent on to this number 542424& i show only delivery report & balance deduction in my mobile display cutting 3 rupees. This all happening without my knowledge. I am complaining to airtel. Kindly help me to solve the above problem.....

Please note i have converted my mobile number airtel on 30th May 2017 portnumber to Vodafone. also i was paid airtel May month total bill payment. They again charges me July and August month.
i have paid vodafone bill from July to till. but i don't know why they charges me if i not using their service from July month.

Dongle loaded with airtel sim card bearing moblie no [protected] is stolen. Hence it is requested to block the above mobile number. Kindly register my above complaint and block the sim card with mobile number [protected] under intimation to me to my mail id [protected]@ymail.com. Also please direct me to your retailer in bhavani, erode district, tamilnadu for getting a duplicate sim card with the above number.

Every month airtel sent my bill to my email id but this time they sent my bill to one of the friends id without any verification. I received a text regarding this. My no. Is [protected] and they do not have any record for the same that who have asked them to send my bill to other id. Any kind of a tempering with my account is illegal. I want this to be actioned as soon as possible....

I have a land at prime location of gram post bhurka, teh. Abhanpur, dist. Raipur state chattisgarh. Pin code - 493661, where i need airtel to install tower.
The tower can provide coverage to all the industries in the area and a huge residential population is also very well in the line of sight.

I recently upgraded my airtel 2g sim to 4g on 20 september 2017. I got a message 2 days later saying i got 3.5 gb 4g data credited to me for 28 days. That i have to activate either 4g mode or lte mode on my mobile network settings. I have already activated the lte mode. It is in auto connect. On 22 september 2017, i recharged my phone for rs. 200 full talktime.

Billing wrong. International sms to this num[protected]. Charged rs30. I dont have this num in my contacts. I never msgd to this num. I have called the customer care and he tried to convince me that these are the charges for international incoming call. But i have never received any call from this number. This is totally cheating. I made a recharge of 4 g data pack of 399 but it is not working even in 2 g mode i made call many times to customer care but nobody helps me and they blocked my no and today when i made call to customer care then he refused to talk me and said me to call him tomorrow.. This is to state that i have tried to recharge my phone through airtel mobile app on 02/09/2017 at 12.25 am and 01.54 am for rs 399. On both the occasions the money got deducted from my account but i didn't got the credit. Charges for various offers are being deducted from my phone, without my permission. Charges are automatically being deducted from main balance. Are you guys a bunch of thieves. From yesterday night 3g and 4g network shutdown in chennai saturday 23.sep.2017. airtel saying themselves as India's fastest network. When I call customer services executive they saying wrong information regarding this .. worst network ever. Customer services executive even argued with me in bad words.
