I choose wrong state while recharging my balance for The number [protected] which belong to state Karnataka but I av selected Andhra Pradesh!and the money has been deducted from my bank account account! And the transaction has been done using axis online recharge! So my question is how do I get refund, what is the process to get my money back! Revert back soon...

I am not getting network at all at my residence location at Dombivli, Mumbai. I have submitted complaints around 8-10 times to customer care and also to nodal and appellate desk but I haven't received any resolution. I am fed up due to pathetic network service .This poor coverage issue also affects my work a lot. Please take action at earliest ....
