I am using Airtel DigitalTV prepaid service. When there is a exams for my children, i will not recharge the Airtel DigitalTV. Once after exams are completed, if i recharge they are detecting IMF(Idle Maintenance Charge). This is totally. For prepaid service, they are charging IMF. This is should be removed.

In other DTH service, they are not charging any IMF charges for the Prepaid service.

I have applied on refund online site for the refund of excess amount paid for the post paid bill no.[protected] of 6th March 2017 of amount of Rs.383.53 for which by mistake amount of Rs. 38, 353/- was paid and my refund amount of Rs 37, 969.47 is due I have already submitted the request on line on 20th March 2017 but so for I have not received my refund till today

AIRTEL worst service provider I have ever seen. I changed my SIM from BSNL to AIRETL on March 19th 2017. My network got convert to airtel, But after few hours my airtel network got disconnected. For past 3 days Incoming And Outgoing is barred.

When I called customer support They say to visit Airtel OUTLET . When I visit airtel outlet they ask me to call Customer support. Till now issue is not resolved and response from airtel...

I am unable to use my Airtel Postpaid number due to network issues and have raised number of complaints and visited Airtel office number of times and the issue is still unresolved.

I had submitted request for cancellation of airtel broadband connection 5 times from feb 2017 to till date. My connection's call and network had been barred from 2 march 2017 and still I receiving call from airtel customer care to continue my connection. Airtel company has taken a space in 1 ub Jawahar nagar on terrace which is illegal, hazardeous, life threatning and no approval has been taken from other occupants of the building.
my complaint is to take action against this illegal construction and take necessary steps.
also i have heard from known sources that corrupted officials are involved to pass that construction....
