I had done my recharge on 16.3.2017 at 11:25 of Airtel no. [protected] for Rs. 349 & on same time recharge repeat two time more n deduct extra rs. 698 from my wallet.
This is the recharge only valid for 28 days with unlimited call which i will get with first recharge but what about next two recharge. can u please extend this to next two more month or give my money back. I had contacted in your customer care and they are denying to refund...

I am getting a message as my account is blocked all the time and whenever I try to reset through *400# or airtel money app, I am getting reset window closed. I have tried at least 50 times.
Please resolve.

In my airtel app, in the offers for you section, I had seen as unlimited calls and 1gb data per day . But when I recharged with 349 I got 1gb data per month and free calls but not unlimited calls. So I asked customer care about this, they said that they will update the offer for my number, and he mentioned that it takes 24 hrs . After 24 hrs, when I see in my airtel app it is mentioned as - for 349 free calls and 1gb data for 1month . After...

I took a new airtel postpaid connection in December. After that for some reason I had to shift to jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh for sometime. It seems that despite paying the bill on time I'm not getting any services, not even data. If such an attitude continues I believe I will have to give up my post paid connection.

When call to air tel customer care call IVRS that so much annoying, not a direct option to connect customer care executive, normal people so much confusing with their IVR options, I am tried to connect customer care executive three times today(26/03/2017) for every time minimum 4 minutes but there is no option to connect customer care executive.

I converted my 3g sim into 4g on 25th march 2017, but since then only 2g is working, I can't access even a 3g connectivity and then I complained on twitter and received a message which says that Thank you for contacting us. Number [protected]. Services stopped without any reason from past one week. Complaint raised to activate the number, no action taken. Appellate officers are just useless. They create a case/SR once in 3 days for the same reason and close the old one so that it wont reflect in their SLA time. No reason given till now why there is a delay in giving services. Received a call from Ms Pathak informing about the payment outstanding for an amount of Rs. 1, 500/- in Oct '16

I agreed to pay the same as she was unable to trace any request raised by me for deactivation mutually agreed as this would be FNF and shall deactivate the no. and would send a confirmation about the same.

The same is still not received. Truly unacceptable.

I recharged with RS 7 with my Airtel money app for local+STD but it doesn't start working I had these problems before also I recharged for 28 days and it works only for 7 days

This is regards with the transaction success and amount debited 641 date -15-March-17 time-19.44:PM but paybill not submit.Attached is screen short....
