This service automatically activated. Customers care reply the phone problem... I have applied for the broadband connection with reference/application No: KKPD994914 and given the cheque of Rs 1000/-. Later while following up with customer care I got the response that it is not feasible to provide the connection at my current place and amount got deducted from my account on 3rd February 2017.

I was offered from Airtel over phone last week that few channels can be viewed without any additional charge over monthly rental. I told the caller that I do not want to change my pack but if it is free you can provide. It was also confirmed by him that no additional charge will be levied. BUT, I am surprised that the existing pack found changed (from Rs465 to Rs.525) just after receiving the said call.

This is not only unethical...
