Hi,

I had activated a 3month +15 day HD plan on 24 October which is supposed to run till feb but yesterday it got reset automatically to South super value prime without any intimation and I was charged 681 Rs. I lodged a complaint yesterday and they told me it will get fixed by today 11.30 am. Although the money has been refunded, my original 3 month + 15 day HD plan which is supposed to be running right now has not been restored....

Pre-call announcement to do Data Recharge

Airtel Broadband - Billing Issue

I have cancelled my broadband connection before the billing date and I'm supposed to pay one month bill only. I discussed the same with customer care and they are asking me to pay 2 months.
