I, Lt Col Ajay Dogra, am holding a postpaid Airtel number [protected] of Amritsar, Punjab. For the last two months I've been trying to get a booster pack of 7 GB deactivated from my plan but the airtel service people only assure me that it will be done in half hour without any credible action being done at their end. Every month I'm forced to pay Rs 850/- extra on my plan because the Airtel service people are not deactivating...

I use an airtel prepaid sim for last few years. I am getting smses from airtel regularly (In last few months) which state that as i have a 4g handset, i can upgrade my sim to 4g & use 1gb free 4g data for 28 days. I had been to airtel retailer near my house & bought a new sim for the same number and i was told that new sim would be activated in 6 hours, but even after 7+ hours no activation. Old sim card got deactivated and new sim says "sim card registration fails". I had requested to surrender airtel post paid connection with the details on 20 october 2016 at their vellayambalam, thiruvananthapuram, kerala out let from where i have purchased the sim. I have once used airtel dongle in india and six month i am in usa.
I have numerous time asked to disconnct the dongle .But airtel is refusing to disconnect the dongle because as per them I have to come and physically do it in airtel branch. They are continuously sending me bill without the dongle being used.

I have an Airtel prepaid mobile number since Jan 2015. I am currently outside India and I had been receiving incoming messages during all this time. However, since Saturday, 12 Nov, 2016, my sim stopped working.

When i inquired with Airtel on Monday 14 Nov, 2016 I was told that since i have not used my number for 90 days (no outgoing calls, incoming calls or outgoing message) my number is disconnected....
