Dear Sir,
I am using Air tel number [protected] since 2014.

I am using this number for Data.
Every month I am recharging 259 or as per my requirement with out fail as on Sep.

On 23 Sep suddenly stopped my number and the reason was I am not using this number last few months.

I have submitted all the my recharged details as on 23 Sep 2016.
Still my number not activate after...

My cash back plan expired 2days back, but after i expand and renewed the activation, i even get activation reply for ectention of onother month, since two days i didnt get back that the said cash back and i lost more than 400 mb, it makes me feel iam being cheated, today i even call up customer care but afer taking much time to keep hold collecting information as i was told, but hanged up,...

I do have a postpaid connection with Airtel from past 3- 4 years. I do have a child connection with Airtel which is Prepaid Mobile.
