Amount not credited for failed Transaction

I have done the mobile recharge for Rs 300 full talktime.After my payment, the transaction got failed.But the amount is not credited to my account. I did not even receive any message saying my amount will be credited back.being a regular customer of airtel, I strongly suggest that this option should be available during failed transaction
