Outgoing SMS Deactivated without Proper Reason

Dear Sir,

My SMS has again been blocked. I have overseas business and my SMS usage is high.

• Having said that, I am having this number ([protected]) over 25 years never has my payment been delayed or overdue.
• This is the 2nd time Airtel have blocked my SMS services since January 2021 (Complaint Numbers:[protected] &[protected]
• I have clearly instructed Airtel not to block...

Money deducted yet no recharge on airtel number

I have recharged my airtel number using PHONE PE app, for a sum of rs 399 . The amount was deducted from my account and the transactions was successful. Yet I have not received and confirmation from airtel, nor am I able to make calls and use the services

Facing more problem during converting into prepaid

I am a post paid customer and have been using Airtel Post paid connection for last 5 year. I have been facing a lot of problems ever since i got my post paid connection ([protected]) started. I have given lot of complaints as well. ( call interruption, call tapping, poor and extra billing system and the like) . Recharge not reflected in my airtel prepaid mobile account

I recharge my phone with 1498 on 7th sep 2021 by bhim app.
Amount deducted from account but its not effective yet and Customercare not supporting me on it.

After porting, it displays no service

I opted to port on 2nd September 2021.
After port, i've got a message today[protected] it will be ported.
After inserting the sim, it is showing no signal available.
Please reply and resolve it ASAP.
Its really urgent....

Set up box airtel

We set a new airtel setup box with full amount but the qualtiy of service provider are too low many times connection getting break so tell me how to face with this trouble serval times...

I'm complaining about their plan.... Their small plan is very very Bad..

Now I am going to change my Airtel sim card...My experience with Airtel is very very Bad😡😡😡 I'll also suggest you that Please Don't buy Airtel sim card... their plan is very Bad......

Cash back 20 not given on 149 recharge plan

I have recharge my number through airtel thanks app on 6 sep 2021 with 149 and Rs 20 offer available but after recharge cash back not credit in my wallet complaining to customer care [protected]@in.airtel.com no response till now.Please help me....

Airtel has ruined the concrete roads to lay fibre cables

Airtel has ruined the concrete road in the whole locality, people are unable to walk on muddy roads.
It has become very filthy, the entire locality looks messed up.
The pits that they have dig are filled with rain water now, many two wheelers have slipped.
Please file a complaint to fix back the roads to their original state....

Money deducted via netbanking, but recharge not done

Hi Team,

I have made a recharge for the airtel number [protected] on 30.08.2021 and 06.09.2021, both for 251 (50GB data). Both via HDFC netbanking. And both got failed. But money got deducted and still I have not got the refund. Please help. Thank you.

Wrong isd amount charged

Dear Sir,

With reference to my August month bill, Airtel charged wrong isd charges of Rs.234. It is wrong amount you charged for me.
I have made two isd calls on 17.08.21.

1st call is on 1.54 pm for 1.14 minutes and 2nd call is on 2:16 pm for 1.15 minutes. But airtel charged isd call for 15.01 minutes & 1.16 minute . it is your 100% system error.
