Post paid mobile internet bill

This is regarding my mobile internet usage, i am using 299 corporate paln in that plan 1 GB data free. In my recent bill dated 06.10.2013 it was showing excess usage of 1 GB data ie approximately 230 mb data. so for that 230mb bill was charged approximately 2600 rupees as per plan 10p/10kb.after crossing the 1GB data i was not received any information cal from customer care. but i am not sure with this usage of that much data with mobile...

balance deducted unnecessary

i am using Airtel internet in Samsung galaxy y gt-s 5360 mobile. on 12- Oct.-2013 my balance was 180 rupees and next day it was deducted and remained only 2 rupees. whole balance deducted by internet but i had internet card and when my balance was deducted then internet card balance was 0.48 Mb. then why my main balance is deducted..i kindly request u to get back my main balance of rupees 180. i shall be Thankfull to you for this act...

What a way to reward a customer of last 10 years. Simple: Snap wrong GPRS charges of 3000 rupees, even when GPRS was never used by me. multiple msg packs get activated

Multiple sms packs get activated on my phone and then customer service never helps. Forget help they do not even have manners to talk properly. They just disconnect the phone and the call also costs. Everytime a new exec turns up and disconnects. A company like this is one of the hubs of cheats in our country....

Mistake from Airtel and I am being harassed
