The I dialled to 59059 for confirmation around "25 times" but it is not activated yet to now... If you not able to serve to all customers then stop...

Improper Behavior by Customer Service Rep

I have an Airtel Fixed Line connection ([protected]_dsl) on which I was experiencing few technical problems since last few days.

In attempt to resolve the issue I had called AirTel on Monday, 14th Oct, 2013 at around 11:30 pm. The call was attended by Syad khaizar Alam.

At the inception of the call the agent was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was not ready to listen to the problem and kept interrupting...
