Recharge plan changed and not able to get a refund for same

Recharge Discrepancy -9789096420

Hi,

I am Dhivakar here, I have been using airtel Pre Paid connection bearing number [protected] for last couple of years. I did a recharge to mentioned number on 26 March 2013 for the amount of 500. The amount was debited to my banks account and i haven't received the recharge balance credited to my number.

Video Problem

Not able to connect

My No - [protected] gave for PrePaid to PostPaid conversion in Airtel ShowRoom saidapet. Its almost 15 days passed and no progress. Till now I have received 15 SMS in my contact number stating that PostPaid conversion is done. But nothing happened. Visited the showroom many times and always got the same reply "Wait for 48hrs and it will happen"

Broadband not working from 7 days
