Hi,

I have raised a request for my airtel broadband connection in the month of may. They hav cancelled in july. i have asked for the full and final settlement and paid in the month of july. In august they have again generated a bill and sent to me. They are causing inconvenience to me by calling on every alternative days. I have mailed the concerned teams many times. You have been charged Rs.99.0.

Airtel Broadband Pune - Worst Service EVER!!!

My fixed line & broadband were not working since 16th October. I have placed a complaint with Airtel Customer Care (SR #:[protected]. Every day, the folks at customer care promise me that the issue will be rectified as soon as possible. They also assure that A SENIOR OFFICER will call me back and provide a status. Never did they call or provide a status.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I applied for a Broadband connection on 29th Sept 2012. A representative from Airtel came and took Rs.699/- from me and I filled CEF no. 519134. He promised connection in 24 hrs. After three days, I called airtel and they said they will comeback in 24 hrs. Again I called and they told that they can't give me connection due to some technical problem. I demanded my money back. They created another compliant log in and nothing happened....

Broadband bill paid but Airtel is denying

I am currently having Airtel broadband modem connection (customer no. [protected]). I made a bill payment of Rs. 2000/- by cash towards the broadband connection on 15th September, 2012 in Chandigarh (Receipt No.42684). I am facing lots of problem since last month by Airtel. I am using Airtel Prepaid ([protected]) since last 5 years, but last 6months, i am facing some problems with my local and STD charges. I am trying to contact 121 customer service executives, but no-one receive call. On 27th Oct. 2012, I called 121 customer care 5times, but noone receive call. How can I solve this problem ? Why?
