I am 20+ year plus customer of Airtel. I have kept my 2 numbers activated even after I moved to USA. I recently lost sim of one of my 2 numbers and called customer care. It is so useless that you can't get any thing done. Just robotic responses.
I provided answers to all questions but they couldn't validate last handset it was active on even if I answered correctly. I am not sure how can they validate my handset while on roaming but...

Wrong id recharge

Sir/mam

I am Arvind Upadhyay recently i recharged my Airtel digital tv through a retailer shop on 23 march 2021 at 5:58pm by 500 rupees but mistakenly filled my old digital tv id that is [protected] so kindly help me to get my amount back or recharge my new tv whoes id is [protected]

Hi. I requested for port on airtel on 17th March and it tool 5 days for my aim to get activated.
Sim got network on 22nd March but its showing emergency calls only and I am not able to call on 59059 to confirm port completion.

Please help me as I am not able to use my number....

Online recharge not reached the phone

I recharged for Rs. 98/- for phone No. ;[protected] just fifteen minutes back. the amount is already debited from my bank account. but it is not showing in my phone. I am not able to make any calls. the voice message still says that there is no balance. Please rectify immediately....

My number has been deactivated without any reason.

I have been using this number since last 2 years. Now it's been 15 days the number is deactivated. Every time I contacted the customer service I was told that the number is not an Airtel number. Nothing is there in their records. When contacted the airtel store I was told to provide them a stamp. Even then they say they are not sure if the number will get activated. Postpaid Refund Not Initiated By Airtel

I have an excess amount in my Airtel postpaid which eventually i have paid during[protected].. when i have asked Airtel to refund it.. Airtel is demanding for my bank statement of the period for the refund. Why would i need to give my personal bank statement to Airtel for the excess amount in my number. Under which policy they are forcing me for a bank statement....

FRC not activated on port in

My port in request to Airtel got completed today but the FRC is not activated. I have paid 399 rupees for FRC in the Airtel store.

This is totally frustrating experience in the very first day with Airtel. I’m coming from Vodafone and I think I have done a mistake here. Should have opted for Jio.

Please resolve my query. I can’t make any call or use internet.

I have requested for shifting of my broadband/landline no.[protected] from sector 21-A to 21-C Chandigarh (within city) on 20th March.
Till the the time no response.
I have thrice called the 198 helpline. And three executive head Shahid, Rohit kumar, Mohit Kikar assured me that the my issue will be resolved soon, but of no use.
No response till date.
One of your executive head asked me that get new one....

Hi this is ashutosh sinha.today in the morning, i was doing the recharge of 49rs for my father's airtel prepaid mobile [protected], through my lappy.after entering otp it was showing otp mismatch ..try it again.so i clicked on resend otp option n entered 3 times otp.it came try again otp mismatched.when i chked 49 rs was debited frm my father's card three times, so plz refund 49*2 i.e. 98rs in my father's accnt asap.my father's debit card...

The wires of my neighbour's Wi fi connection are so wrongy passing through my balcony that I feel too much uncomfortable and one of the wire has got disconnected and is hanging in front of my balcony.
Kindly come check and do the needfull.

I was traveling in india in Arunachal and Airtel charged me extra Rs.499 for Bhutan network although I have deactivated my international roaming plan. It's not so much about the money as it's about this goonism way. They didn't ask for my permission to activate, they didn't inform they are putting me on Bhutan network, nothing was working or downloading but still charged me saying I used Bhutan network, I was some 50-60 kms away from Bhutan...

Incorrect Billings

I have Re-install Airtel broadband connection on 17th Mar'21 (Bangalore, Bommanahalli) & got the bill of Rs. 677/- from the past connection which got terminated on 16th Sept'21 with all dues cleared till 16th Sept'20.

When asked customer care executive to raise a Service Request for proper redressal, they clearly denied it & inform me that I will have to pay the amount only.
Seems like there is no proper redressal system...

Airtel DTH refund not received yet

Airtel hasn't refunded the money against the DTH services which were canceled. Salesperson Ashwath reddy ([protected]) cheated with multiple commitments and then absconded, However, the entire amount of Rs 4328 was paid to Airtel which Airtel has failed to refund till now. Shame on you Airtel! Refund the money ASAP....
